Private Events
At Raemoir we understand what it takes to make an event into a memory. Whether it’s a family gathering or a special day, we have the skills and experience to create moments of joy, deliver top notch food and drink, and make sure everyone feels included. We can take care of as much or as little of the planning as you like and there will always be a dedicated team on site during your event.
We have five public rooms downstairs from the quirky and characterful Big Fish Bar to the original Oval Ballroom. Each of them are rooms in their own right or can be open-linked by adjoining doors which brings a unique feel to your event, whether an intimate dinner gathering or a bigger "do" for 70 or more.
Our Marquee (April to December) is connected to the house by a weatherproof link so it can be used in any weather and our spacious and luxurious toilets are available - no need to run across a field in the rain to get to a portaloo!
Private Rental
Just imagine if you could stay somewhere in the heart of Royal Deeside, close to a kaleidoscope of activities, attractions and scenery, but hidden away in a private estate amongst ancient woodland. Imagine you could have a private team of staff including your own Master Chef and all your guests could gather in beautiful rooms with open fires, before meeting for a fabulous meal made with local produce. No need to imagine – Raemoir exists!
We have 17 en-suite bedrooms sleeping 32 people with the ability to flex some rooms into family spaces. Our five public rooms range from country living comfort in the wood-panelled Drawing Room to private dining in the Oval Ballroom, drinks in the Big Fish Bar and games in the Garden Room, all with open fires and characters of their own and if you really want to make a statement nothing says "I'm here" quite like arriving by helicopter on the front lawn.
Our Team
A key part of our unique offering is the team of dedicated staff that comes with your stay. You’ll have a private Master Chef who’ll be on hand to chat menus and dietary requirements, a House Manager whose knowledge of house guests and their needs is reassuring, a skilled team of House Staff ensure your requirements are met and a Gardener who will keep the grounds in tip top condition to add to the grandeur of Raemoir.
