Dating from the 17th century Raemoir House is a privately owned Georgian Mansion.  It is a four storey plus attic building with accommodation  provided over lower ground, ground floor, first floor, second floor and attic.  Surrounded by 14 acres of private park and woodland. It is an exclusive use fully staffed venue.  The owner does not live on site. 

Lower Ground - Accessible from original external stairs or original internal stairs, black flag stones  original stone wine seller with 12 alcoves. Various rooms which were the staffs accommodation with working window shutters. 

Ground Floor - Facing south over private lawn Oval Ballroom, Garden Room, Big Fish Bar and Panalled Lounge.  Facing west Grand Georgian Room

First Floor- 10 bedrooms all en-suite with window shutters.  

Second Floor - a further 4 bedrooms all en-suite. 

South facing public rooms have functioning open fires and window shutters.  

The house can be dressed as required. 

Raemoir is 25 minutes drive from Aberdeen International Airport and Aberdeen train station. 

To the east of the house is 24m x 45m of hard standing, with direct access into the lower ground floor. 

The Oval Ball Room 

Is magnificent with its Grand Chandelier, curved doors, flocked-velvet wall coverings, oak floor, commanding views of the grounds, and open fireplace. 

 The Big Fish Bar

The Big Fish bar is dominated by the 96 lb “monster” which sits above the well stocked Whisky Cabinet.  With is roaring fire and door leading directly out to the front lawn down original granite steps.

The Panelled Lounge 

 A stunning south and west facing panelled room with open fire.
